About Me

Hi, I'm glad you came by. It is more fun to do a Bible study with others, so I hope you share your insights, stories, and how God has affected your life in the blog area. No matter where you are in your walk with God, I know He isn't done. He isn't done in my life either.

You will get to know me more as I develop this site, and share with you through my blogs. For now I'm a stay at home mom with three kids. I use to home school, but found it has been a little much for me. I do admire those who can. I do attend church regularly. I admit my husband helps out at the church a lot more than I do.

I do want to focus on studying the word of God. It is not enough to just go to church and listen to the word. It is necessary to study the word, and to live it the best you can. Of course none of us will be perfect and even fall way short of perfection. Some times way, way short. All that really matters is that we realize what we did, and strive to read and live the word as we should.

Most of you are like me. You more than likely found this site wanting to know more. Wanting to learn more, and have a hunger to know. We are not the pastor, teachers, or those in higher positions. We are those just seeking to know God, and know Him more fully. Who am I? I'm a person like your self wanting to learn.

Am I qualified? For those of you who must see credentials, you won't find any. You can go find a theologian. I don't claim any certificates, diplomas, or course credentials. All I know is that I started another site I had to let go for financial reasons. It wasn't coming together as well as I was hoping it would. No matter how hard I try to say God this isn't working, I keep getting drawn back. I'm back, and going to be changing some things from the first time I started. I have been given a second chance.

How has God worked in my life? He has provided when we needed provision. He has given us food not only when we asked, but even before we thought we would need it. He has taken my family from a run down infested trailer, and has opened the door for us to miraculously buy a house; a home of our own. A home that has enough room for everyone, is clean, and is in a good neighborhood.

Where am I in God? Trusting, believing, and having faith. My husband now no longer has a job, and we are facing some major financial difficulty. Yet, I have this unusual, calming peace that every thing is going to be ok no matter what happens. I know I'm a child of God, and that I am in Him and He in me. I'm a sower, and a tither. I know what he already brought me through. Yet, I know my biggest testimonial is still ahead of me.

If you don't know Jesus, now is the best time to get to know him no matter what situation you are in, or what you have done. It doesn't matter if what you have done would put you on death row. Jesus still loves you. How do I know, because some of the greatest men of God in the old and new testament have done things that would have put them on death row. God delivered them, and brought them into greatness through his mercy, love and grace. Paul who wrote much of the New Testament was a multiple murderer, who went around with the blessings of the religious leaders and government to go find and kill the Christians. That is until God got hold of him. It took him at least two years before the people would really start to trust him.

Still sitting on the fence? Please don't wait too long, or it will be too late. Now is best time to accept Him in your heart as your lord and savior. No matter what you are going through, he will help you through it. I know Jesus has helped me, and is helping me know by giving me a peace beyond all understanding in face of what would give some heart attacks, break downs, driven some to depression, some to drugs and alcohol, and others to suicide. What would have broken the homes of many, many others if they were in my situation. My home was almost broken, but God held it together, and is still holding it together. I see Him not only working in me, but my husband as well.

I give Jesus all the honor, glory, and power. I can do nothing by myself, but only through Him who empowers and strengthens me.

First you need to confess your sins to God, and repent of them. Then confess that Jesus is your Lord and savior. Jesus save me. I accept you into my heart as my Lord and savior. I believe you died on the cross for me and my sins. My sins are washed away through the blood you shed on the cross. I receive your gift of salvation. Thank you Jesus. You are saved because you repented of your sins, and believe in Jesus.

Now you need to walk the narrow path that leads to the narrow gate. Now is the time to turn your life around and start living how God wants you to live, and not how the world wants you to live. Not to do drugs, not to drink alcohol, be Promiscuous and immoral, watch all the disrespectful programs on TV, not to dress inaproiately ( even what some may consider modest is still inaproiate), and not to do the things you use to do that is ungodly. Will it be easy? No. Will you be able to do it all at once? No. Will you rebel? Yes. But God will be there to show you where the path is, and help you walk along it. He will be there to catch you when you fall, and help you get back to the path. This is His grace. He will lead you in knowledge and wisdom.

No, all your problems will not go away instantly. He will help you through them. Pray, believe, and expect he will answer your prayer. Find a good church you can go to. Not one that is all religious. You have to do things this way, dress that way, and do this and that to get saved. Sorry, you are already saved by his grace. Not a church that only preaches is love or what you want to hear. It is more important that you hear the entire Gospel so you can grow in Him. Sometimes God can be harsh in what he says, but that is to build and strengthen you in your walk with Him. Never give up on Him. In your loneliest and most desperate hour cry out to Him. He will answer. It may not seem like he will answer, but he will. I have been in that situation where I thought all hope was lost, and He didn't hear me. He isn't going to do anything. Later I found out He did, and that He helped me through the situation.

I have found out that along my walk that I started to dislike and even hate some of the things I use to love. As you walk in God, you will find that you start to love the things He loves, and hates the things He hates. God hates? Yes, he does, because he loves every thing holy and righteous. Therefore He hates every thing that isn't holy. Even though He has given us His grace now through Jesus, His grace will not last forever. There will be a time where He will bring His judgement. For now, He has given us His grace. With grace to repent when we back slide. Grace to be able to go back to him and repent again.

Once saved always saved doesn't work. You can back slide, and turn away from God. You can sin again, and go back to your old habits as if nothing happened. You can turn from God and stop believing. God has given you the grace to repent and turn back to Him. That doesn't mean you can delibertly sin with the thought that you can repent afterwards. Repent now, and believe now and know you are saved. There is nothing better than walking with God even when every thing seems to becoming against you that you think is possible, and then something else blind sides you. It is only with God that you have a true hope of getting out.

There is peace, wisdom, and understanding with God.

God Bless, and please don't wait until it is too late.
